Overview

About this course.

Is your organisation’s digital information easy to find, secure and manage—or is valuable information getting lost in the clutter?

As technology continues to transform the workplace, digital records have become one of an organisation’s most valuable assets. Effective records and information management is essential for maintaining compliance, protecting sensitive information, supporting business continuity and improving operational efficiency. Yet, many organisations continue to face challenges such as fragmented systems, data loss, inefficient filing practices and outdated approaches to managing electronic records.

Virtual Records & Information Management provides practical tools and strategies for managing digital records throughout their lifecycle. Participants will explore electronic file planning, retention and disposal, information security, governance, disaster preparedness, cloud solutions and emerging technologies. By the end of the programme, participants will be better equipped to organise, protect and manage digital information while implementing sustainable records management practices in their workplace.
