Vishal Ramnarine
SENIOR ENGAGEMENT OFFICER
A Commercial and transformation executive with over two decades of experience leading revenue generation, operations, and strategic change across enterprise technology, management consulting, and higher education in North America, LATAM, and the Caribbean. Vishal has a proven track record of carrying country-level P&L accountability, directing large distributed commercial organisations, and delivering enterprise business process reengineering programmes for governments, state enterprises, and private-sector boards.
Vishal has held Partner Manager positions at Microsoft, VP Level positions at International Consultancy Firms and also Board Appointments in various Caribbean Islands.
Vishal holds a BSc in Computing and Information Systems; an MBA in Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Innovation; an MSc in Information Technology Leadership and brings an abyss of operational credibility backed by over 22 professional certifications and extensive experience, having scoped, designed and implemented hundreds of projects in various areas.

Sasha's methodological expertise integrates proven frameworks such as Human Synergistics, Prosci, and the Balanced Scorecard to align human capital systems with long-term business goals.
