Overview

About this course.

Ready to make the shift from doing the work to leading the people who do it?

Moving into management requires more than technical expertise. New managers must learn to navigate changing responsibilities, communicate strategically, make sound decisions, manage performance, resolve conflict and motivate others while keeping their teams aligned with organisational goals.

Transition to Manager is a practical three-day online workshop designed to help transitioning supervisors, new managers and emerging leaders make this shift with confidence. Participants will explore strategic management, organisational culture, communication, performance management, feedback, motivation, decision-making, conflict resolution and change management, equipping them with the tools to lead people effectively and contribute to organisational success.
