Short course
Train the Trainer
Effective trainers must be able to translate business needs into relevant learning experiences, engage participants, adapt to different delivery environments and ensure that learning is transferred to the workplace.
Overview
About this course.
Organisations need trainers who can do more than simply share information. Effective trainers must be able to translate business needs into relevant learning experiences, engage participants, adapt to different delivery environments and ensure that learning is transferred to the workplace.
Train the Trainer is a practical, hands-on programme designed to equip trainers, managers, supervisors and subject-matter experts with the skills to design and deliver impactful training interventions. Participants will explore learning objectives, instructional strategies, training materials, interactive facilitation, multi-modal delivery and training evaluation, while developing and delivering an element of their own training session. The programme provides an opportunity to apply new techniques in a practical setting and build greater confidence as a trainer
