About this course.
This course provides participants with the knowledge and practical skills needed to drive digital transformation initiatives within organizations. Participants will explore how businesses leverage digital technologies, automation, analytics, and AI to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and support data-driven decision-making.
Unlike traditional process improvement approaches, this course focuses on the strategic use of technology to modernize business operations, digitize workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and implement sustainable digital solutions.
Through hands-on exercises using tools such as Microsoft Forms, Google Forms, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI, and AI-powered business tools, participants will gain practical experience designing and implementing digital transformation initiatives.
The course culminates in a capstone digital transformation project, where participants develop and present a technology-enabled business improvement solution.

Mr Damian Felix
Is an accomplished technology leader with over 10 years of experience in Information Technology and Business, with a proven track record of driving digital transformation through business process re-engineering and innovation. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Technology Management, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
Mr. Felix specializes in leveraging Artificial Intelligence to enhance business productivity, streamline operations, and automate workflows. He has extensive experience in developing and deploying AI-driven solutions, with a strong focus on AI Chatbots and AI Agents. His expertise spans natural language processing, conversational UI design, and integrating AI into enterprise systems.
Through real-world insights and practical application, Mr. Felix empowers learners to build intelligent systems that improve customer engagement, drive operational efficiency, and support strategic digital initiatives. In this course, he combines technical depth with hands-on instruction to guide participants in designing, building, and deploying effective AI Bots and Agents for modern business environments.
