Overview

About this course.

Are you equipped to lead your team, manage performance and turn everyday workplace challenges into opportunities for better results?

Supervisors are the backbone of every organisation and play a critical role in translating organisational goals into day-to-day performance. Effective supervision requires more than technical knowledge, it demands strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, performance management and people skills. Without these competencies, organisations can experience poor performance, workplace conflict, low employee engagement and increased turnover.

Mastering Supervisory Skills is a comprehensive, practical programme designed to equip current and aspiring supervisors with the knowledge and skills needed to lead people, manage performance and achieve organisational objectives. Participants will explore effective communication, workplace conflict, motivation, delegation, prioritisation, problem-solving, change management and leading by example, while developing the confidence to manage the demands of modern supervision.
