Overview

About this course.

Is your business visible online but still taking orders through DMs, bank-transfer screenshots and manual delivery quotes?

Being on social media is not the same as selling online. When customers have to message you just to see a price, check stock or understand delivery, many of them simply move on. And if you want to sell beyond your local market, your payments, logistics and fulfilment need to keep up.

This practical four-session online workshop is built for Caribbean small businesses ready to move from being seen online to getting paid online. You will follow the full customer journey (Discover, Trust, Buy, Pay, Receive, Return), working on one real product or service from your own business. Guided by digital marketing executive Brent Coutain, you will leave with a practical 90-day plan to sell, fulfil, retain and grow online.
