Overview

About this course.

This programme is designed to take you on a leadership learning and developmental journey from which you emerge with an excitement and powerful energy to apply and share your learnings as you shift the quality and consistency of your work team’s performance into high gear.

Over the four sessions, we will examine and explore the what, why and how of building, developing and sustaining a high-performance work team, providing a sound conceptual foundation, best-practice strategies as well as actionable ideas, tools and resources that you can use immediately. Further, we will support you in transitioning your learning to your workplace so that you experiment between sessions and emerge with a Leadership Dashboard that outlines your commitment to action moving forward.

This highly experiential and practical programme will provide you the opportunity to reflect on, clarify and examine your work team’s current situation; identify its performance challenges and possible solutions; and imagine what future success looks like and what it will take to get there. Throughout your journey, we will encourage you to share, discuss and gain insight from your fellow participants so that you experience the power of transformative conversation that evokes new thinking and catalyses partnership.
