About this course.
This programme is designed to develop the core concepts and techniques for the analysis and presentation of management information using Microsoft Excel. It explores the tools within Excel that manipulate data and represent trends and observations via dashboards and reports, and provides specific data models for analysis and report presentation, including tools to expand and integrate the functionality of Excel.
This is a practical programme: after-class work is required, and participants need Microsoft Excel 2016 or newer.

What you will be able to do.
Participants successfully completing this workshop should be able to:
- Utilise advanced Excel formulas
- Create and manage pivot tables, charts and graphs in Excel
- Perform Power Pivot and DAX in Excel
- Use data import functionality and connect to multiple data sources and systems
- Use formulae and calculations within and across sheets
- Employ data visualisation with Excel
Pre-requisites

Intermediate understanding of MS Excel. Software version 2016 or newer also required.

Who teaches this.
Mr. Clint Campbell
Is the Business Process Improvement Manager at Myerson Company Limited, a medical device manufacturer with clients and partners in the US, Canada, UK, EU, Thailand and China. Currently, he manages ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA and MDD compliance, new product development, capacity development, process automation, continuous improvement, distribution, maintenance and purchasing.
Passionate about continuous improvement, he developed strong process mapping, process modelling, data analysis and process improvement skills early in his career and pursued specialist training at the American Society for Quality and later obtained his EMBA from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business. Clint has also developed Business Intelligence and data visualisation templates using MS Excel for select clients in Trinidad and Jamaica, providing insight to support strategic and operational decision for defect reduction, maintaining brand reputation, demand forecasting and accident incident reporting.
