Overview

About this course.

Your strategic plan is approved. But is it actually ready to be executed?

Too often, organisations treat a finished strategy document as a finished job. Meanwhile, hidden risks are already building: unclear ownership, slow decisions, weak governance and assumptions no one has tested. These "unknowns" are the reason so many well-crafted plans stall before they deliver.

This practical two-day, face-to-face workshop helps senior leaders and strategy professionals uncover what the strategic planning cycle routinely misses. Using the Execution Intelligence™ framework, with its author Dr. Averne Pantin, you will learn to stress-test plans before execution begins, clarify ownership and turn strategic intent into actions your organisation can deliver.
