Overview

About this course.

Compensation is more than determining what employees are paid—it is a strategic tool that influences fairness, employee behaviour, performance, attraction and retention. This three-day workshop takes a practical, diagnostic approach to compensation strategy and design, equipping participants to assess internal equity, market competitiveness, job structures and alignment with organisational goals. Through applied exercises, case analysis and practical tools, participants will learn to diagnose compensation challenges and develop equitable, competitive and sustainable compensation approaches that support both organisational performance and employee needs.
