About Frost.

Professor Sterling Frost brings three decades of global corporate experience across North America, Latin America and the Caribbean. He held senior positions including Deputy Chief Executive Officer at First Citizens Group and Director of Human Resources at Citibank Latin America, overseeing 12,000 employees across 13 countries.

Appointed Professor of Practice at The UWI in February 2019, he has taught postgraduate courses since 2002 and serves as First Examiner and Adjunct Lecturer across several departments. His expertise spans organisational development, cross-cultural management, strategic leadership and change management.

He received The UWI Inaugural Distinguished Alumni Award in 2011 and a Fellowship Award from the Institute of Banking and Finance of Trinidad and Tobago in 2021, the first recipient in that category. He chairs several boards, including The UWI Faculty of Social Sciences Advisory Board and the First Citizens Foundation, and is Deputy Chair of the Public Service Commission.
