About Connell.
Michelle Connell entered the cruise line industry over 35 years ago and held management positions at Fortune 500 companies in the United States, from operations to project management. At Carnival Cruise Lines she was senior fleet manager, overseeing operational aspects for 22 vessels and 20,000 crew members from 92 countries.
She relocated to Trinidad in 2010 and founded Davis Consulting, specialising in improving company performance through customer service and operations training. She works with the Executive Education department facilitating management workshops, and is known for an interactive and engaging training style.
