About Dr Stephen W. Sheppard.

Dr Stephen Sheppard is Chief Executive Officer of the Tobago Hospitality and Tourism Institute, working to transform the Institute into the premier tertiary education institute in Tobago. He was previously Director of Human Resources at The UWI St Augustine Campus.

He brings twelve years' experience in higher education administration from roles at the University of Trinidad and Tobago and The University of the West Indies.
