Dr Nneka Joseph specialises in psychometrics, assessment centres, leadership and career development. With over ten years' experience, she lectures in organisational behaviour and psychology, product development and design, business research and networking.
Her consulting work focuses on executive and staff recruitment using aptitude and psychometric assessment. She is qualified to purchase, administer, customise and develop psychometric instruments addressing emotional intelligence, entrepreneurship, personality and leadership.
She also guides master's and doctoral research, market research, business feasibility studies, gap analysis and project evaluations.
