About Dr Jan Sookram.
Dr Jan Sookram joined the School as a full-time faculty member in January 2016. She first joined in 2008 as an Associate in the Consulting Unit specialising in training design, moving to the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation as a Research Fellow in 2011.
Her research focuses primarily on entrepreneurship training for private enterprises. She has managed consulting initiatives for the private sector and led the Social Innovation Lab funded by the IADB, and has presented at the Irish Academy of Management and the Manchester Business School Conference.

Credentials.
- PhD in Human Resource Management, Coventry University
- MSc in Human Resource Management (Training and Development)
- BSc in Sociology, with minors in Psychology and HRM
