About Dr Balraj Kistow.
Dr Balraj Kistow is Programme Lead for the Master in Financial Management and lectures in international business, accounting and finance. His doctoral research examined social responsibility in family business contexts.
He has over 20 years of teaching and research experience and more than 14 years in distance education and e-learning, having previously worked in the financial and regulatory sectors. He leads faculty initiatives in SME studies, competitiveness, qualitative research and sustainability.
His research areas include competitiveness and productivity, family business, sustainability, culture in international business, and SMEs and social responsibility.

- Certified Level 2 Cultural Intelligence trainer
