About Montserin.
Adam Montserin is founder of The Performance Lab, an experienced transformational leader with success in strategy design and implementation, organisational development and change management. He has over fifteen years' experience helping Caribbean organisations achieve results in strategic planning, organisational change, human resource planning and leadership development.
He has pioneered initiatives in organisational development and ICT and eGovernment transformation across Trinidad and Tobago, the wider Caribbean and Central America, including work in Barbados, St Lucia, Jamaica and Belize.
